About My Clients

My clients are women and non-binary individuals who feel like their childhood got cut short, and now are going back to meet and understand those young selves from the past. The past impacts the present, and it is crucial to understand why we do what we do to be able to address it in the present.

My Background and Approach

Tara Barghamadi, MC, LAC I believe that everyone has the potential to heal from the inside out. My approach to therapy is based on the idea that healing is a journey, and I will be here by your side every step of the way. Together, we will explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with curiosity, compassion, and empathy. I am here to listen to your story and help you find your own unique path towards personal growth and transformation. I work with a variety of concerns, including trauma and PTSD, women's concerns, and LGBTQIA concerns. I also incorporate Inner Child Healing and Internal Family Systems-Informed Practices into my approach. My goal is to provide a space of non-judgmental support, so you can feel safe to explore your concerns and work towards healing and growth. I offer telehealth sessions to provide the most convenient and comfortable experience for you, wherever you are in the state of Arizona.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I employ existential therapy to get to deeper themes of your experience and integrate parts work and Jungian shadow work to guide you back to your authentic self. These practices will bring to light deeper wounds that would benefit from being addressed. Persian Poet Rumi writes, "the wound is the place where light enters you... where there is ruin, there is hope for treasure." If you're interested in how your past is impacting your present and want to work on healing trauma, let's connect. It is an honor to hear your story.
