For more than a decade I've worked with survivors of physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, neglect, relationship violence, and other trauma. Clients come to me looking for a therapist who can help them experience relief, because therapy should be a place where you feel you're growing and healing. I often work with people who are insightful and have been in therapy before, but still feel stuck or bothered by their past experiences. Together, we’ll use evidence-based methods to help you move forward and start feeling better. And we'll always go at your pace, never pushing to a place you don’t feel ready to be.
