I have professional training in Exposure Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) that works with clients who are experiencing anxiety, OCD, and phobias. I graduated from Cornerstone University with my BA in Communication Arts and Psychology and the University of Houston-Victoria with an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am also a National Certified Counselor.

I believe my clients are the experts in their own lives. I will walk alongside you and help you as you navigate your journey. I give my clients unconditional positive regard, compassion, empathy, a safe space, a nonjudgmental viewpoint, and a caring atmosphere. I understand that it is often hard to reach out for help. It is a brave step to take and an important step to take in taking the best care of yourself. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have or help explain what the counseling process will look like. My top priority is my client. I want you to have the best experience possible.
