My work is person-centered and rooted in the attachment and relational approaches in therapy. I recognize each person is different and tailor my therapeutic approach to fit your needs. I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, feminist theory, attachment, and mindfulness, to collaborate, support, and empower you in your individual goals. My style is warm, authentic, and collaborative with a bit of humor. Additionally, I utilize a Health at Every Size (HAES®) and body liberation informed framework throughout my practice to support you in your body image journey. I am truly passionate about empowering and helping others build connection, it's what led me to being a therapist and what motivates me every day.
