I truly believe you are more than your alcohol addiction! I have extensive life and clinical experience with alcohol/drugs and in helping those who are struggling with an addiction to recover. Having struggled myself with both alcohol and mood issues, my goal is to utilize my experience (a hell of a lot) and education to empower you to overcome whatever you feel is standing in your way of success. I am licensed and have a Masters degree and am a Master Addiction Counselor.

I’ve worked in a residential treatment program that was choice-based, have personal experience with addiction, and over 20 years working with others in recovery.
listening to your emotions can often help you understand where you need to change. But sometimes, although you’re doing everything right, you’re still getting down. Life transitions can be difficult and cause mood symptoms unexpectedly. Depression, anxiety, agitation or anger, lack of motivation, alcohol or drug use and overall frustration can take over before you know it.
