Accepting Clients

I have one modest goal: to help you tell a new story.

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Intern in Seattle, WA
Supervised by Sarah Dailey, MA, LMFT

About My Clients

I welcome you, Good Human, whoever you are and wherever you come from. I seem to have strong connections with those who identify as kinky, polyamorous, LGBTQ+, and formerly religious. Belonging to all four of these communities, I have experienced many of the complex feelings that come with living as an outsider. I like helping people find new stories to tell and new ways to live.

My Background and Approach

YOU ARE: wanting to be seen, heard, and understood. YOU MAY BE FEELING: afraid and hesitant about being judged, especially if you are from a marginalized community such as poly, kink, or LGBTQ+. YOU MAY BE WANTING: a therapist who is less like a doctor and more like a real person (and slightly funnier than an accountant). I OFFER: afternoon, evening, and late evening appointments, often in the 7pm, 8:30pm, and 10pm time windows during the week.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I AM: non-judgmental, collaborative, funny, human, efficient, curious, authentic. I can help you understand and communicate your feelings better to your loved ones so you can experience less stress and improve your sense of connection, fulfillment, and authenticity. I HAVE: lived experience in these communities - LGBTQ+, kink, polyamory, evangelical, and non-theist. I VALUE: radical empathy, radical authenticity, and radical acceptance. Above all, your experiences and feelings matter.

I have experience with the following
