I work with individuals to address a variety of concerns including: anxiety, depression, trauma, self-criticism, and existential issues. My role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space to help you explore and overcome obstacles so you can make the positive changes you want in your life. My approach is warm, relational, and down to earth.
I understand that your experience, strengths, and struggles are unique, therefore I tailor therapy sessions to meet your particular needs. Therapy with me tends to be a blend of depth-oriented talk therapy with mindfulness-based/ experiential processing. I pull from my training in Attachment Theory, AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Mindful Self-Compassion. While these theories inform my work, I respect your wisdom and value collaboration in sessions. You will always have a say in what feels most helpful to you in our work together.
