I began my therapy career in 2013. Before opening my private practice in 2018, I worked in an inpatient mental health hospital, community-based settings, non-profit clinics, and schools. I have provided individual, group, and family therapy throughout my career, as well as crisis intervention services to client's struggling with self-harm and suicidality.
My experience includes providing therapy to clients struggling with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, disordered eating, body image issues, relationship issues, family issues, personality disorders, and career stress. While working together in therapy, I'll use a combination of treatment modalities including mindfulness-based interventions, and techniques from cognitve behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP). I'm happy to go into more detail about my approach to treatment during our phone consultation or throughout the therapy process.
