I help adults, adolescents, and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, negative behaviors, social stressors and more. My Background and Approach
I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with other therapeutic techniques that promote change. I believe change and growth occurs when we let go of negative behaviors and patterns.
