My Background and Approach
I specialize in helping people who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, attachment difficulties, stress management, addiction, and more. The primary treatment approaches I use are: Mindfulness-based therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My approach to therapy comes from the belief that the answers we are seeking are already inside of us. Having someone to help us navigate and remember what we forgot can be a key to the journey- and that is where our work together lies. I work to understand each client’s unique story, so that we can apply an integrated approach that suits their individual needs and preferences.
