About My Clients
At Vibrant Life Therapy we are able to assist with a wide array of mental health and behavioral health concerns. We will work with you to identify the underlying patterns that may be keeping you stuck, to learn new coping skills, and find new ways of being in the world. Our ideal clients are looking for an "outside the box" approach to therapy. They are people who have a deep desire to feel seen, heard, and understood for exactly who they are- and want to feel empowered to live vibrantly!
My Background and Approach
Some of our staff offer specialty therapeutic approaches that may be beneficial for emotional processing at a deeper level, treatment of trauma and PTSD, overcoming negative behavioral patterns, thinking about life through an alternate lens, and addressing substance use/abuse.
