About My Clients

I specialize in working with relationship issues, trauma and sex/sexuality. I offer couple and individual counseling. I specifically enjoy working with neurodivergent clients (adhd, austism) and mixed neurotype couples. I am a therapist who has been diagnosed with autism and ADHD myself, I have a special understanding of working with neurodivergent clients. I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community and with couples practicing consensual non-monogamy (CNM) and couples practicing kink.

My Background and Approach

I consider myself to be a “down to earth” therapist who genuinely connects to clients on a person to person level. We explore together to see what approach is right for you, and therapy is truly a collaborative process. You can feel comfortable to be yourself and be vulnerable with me and that within itself is often healing. If you reach out, I guarantee a call or email back on the same day you reach out so we can connect and see if we are a good fit. If I am not the right fit- I can help you find a therapist that is! My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in equality for all people and my therapy practice reflects these values. I believe that mental health treatment is a human right.
