Life is like a book - some chapters are more emotional than others while others are more challenging to get through. Different life events or situations can cause shorter or longer chapters. And for working professionals, it seems like the everyday routine is one long overwhelming book. The need to manage so much responsibility, family, relationships, finances, professional and personal goals, and possible parenting can often be overwhelming.
My Background and Approach
I'm here to get to you know you as a person. I believe in a genuine and transparent therapeutic relationship. I use various skills such as Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based approach to reach mutually discussed goals. I provide tele therapy throughout California. Remember that it's necessary for you to turn the page so you can close the current chapter in your book. I'm here to support you in the times you reach chapters that are difficult or challenging.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the ability to become self-aware, change and grow as they age. I believe that at one point, we (humans) learned how to survive in various environments and with that, learned behaviors and skills that may have been helpful at some point in our lives but then those same skills can become unhelpful. I personally have become more self-aware, transparent and have grown personally and professionally through my own therapeutic journey. As a therapist, I believe in allowing clients to feel comfortable being themselves, a judgment-free environment, and having an open-mind for anything brought up.
