My sessions provide a safe space for you to process experiences, express deep emotions (tears, pain, sorrow, etc.) which others may not understand, feel heard, and share important personal “wins.” In response, my goal is to provide support in breaking irrational patterns, validation and insight into all of our discussions, helping you transform. To aid in that mission, I sometimes assign homework, an effort to show my clients how to truly work through their issues both in and out of the office.
