About My Clients
Do you feel like your feelings are holding you back; stopping you from being the person you were before? Have you been trying hard to stop thinking negatively about yourself but you just do it anyway? I know how that can be: the self-defeating thoughts, perceptions of "I am not good enough" flowing constantly in your head, the feelings of guilt and unworthiness. These thoughts and feelings can be terrifying. With integrated approaches, it time to let of feeling stuck and trapped in emotions.
My Background and Approach
I use integrated approaches in my sessions and I mainly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Brainspotting in my treatments. You may be stressed out, tired, frustrated, and sometimes stuck in your situation, not knowing what else you can do to help change yourself or your environment. I will use my techniques to guide you with the skills to cope with situations in life. As well as Brainspotting to help you get a new understanding of yourself when you have the process in the sessions with me. Together, we’ll create goals to help you navigate transitions and make positive changes in life. Many of my clients reported that they have encountered positive changes, and met their goals. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in a holistic perspective that the client is the engine of their own vehicle. They are the main piece to start their car. I believe there is hope for all of my clients and I believe that they are capable to reach their goals. I am here to empower you, listen to you, and encourage you. I do not judge, nor criticize you of how you think and feel.
