My Background and Approach
I have a Masters of the Arts Degree (MA) in Psychology, with an emphasis in Counseling. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LHMC), and a Mental Health Professional (MHP) in Washington State. I have been a mental health counselor since 2010, and a mental health therapist since 2014. I worked in community mental health for over 7 years, and then transitioned to working with clients in the long-term care system. I have experience working with most mental health diagnoses, and a diverse array of backgrounds. My overall treatment methodology is holistic and systemic. Every course of treatment is unique and individualized to each client. Your therapeutic experience will be a blend of different modalities dependent on your personal needs and goals. We will work together to develop a safe space for you to land and explore what those needs and goals are.
