My commitment is to listen, validate and empower your internal capabilities for holistic healing while challenging negative self-talk. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have received intensive DBT training and over the years have experience supervising DBT program(s), creating DBT curriculum and facilitating individual and group therapy. I enjoy working with individuals looking for skills to manage intense emotions, learn how to use effective interpersonal skills and incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives.
