About My Clients

I am not currently accepting new clients but reach out to be placed on my waitlist! Does your teen seem more anxious or withdrawn? Are you struggling with your relationship, wanting more emotional connection, or constantly arguing with your partner? Are you looking for insight into your own patterns? I welcome you and will show up with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity.

My Background and Approach

My background includes community counseling for adults and couples, school-based mental health, grief support groups for youth, and eating disorder treatment for adolescents. I am a Portland native and hold a master's degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark Graduate School, as well as a bachelor's degree in Theater. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming, body-positive practitioner and offer a non-judgmental space where you can be yourself. We will work together to establish your therapy goals, and I will continually check in on our dynamic to make sure you feel supported and understood. Ultimately, you are the expert on yourself.
