Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, M.S. LMFTI have successfully worked with teens as they navigate the social climate, deal with peer pressure, learn how to better communicate given the challenges of our plugged in culture, and assist them as they transition out of high school. We discuss their current identity and who they want to become. I also work with young adults living with anxiety and depression, trying to manage the numerous transitions that occur after college, as they enter “the real world,” and try to do it all.
