At times, life is filled with authenticity, laughter, and fun. Other times it can be demanding, draining, and leave us feeling unsure. The highs and lows of life are normal and we all feel it, but at times we need extra support and space, and that is okay! As your therapist, my main goal is to provide an open, safe and accepting place for all to navigate life. This means that I serve clients from all backgrounds and beginnings, primarily children to young adults.
I love working with all relationships and families -- regardless of how they identify. Whether that includes polyamory, non-monogamy, LGBTQ+ members, kinky humans, or another identity that makes your relationship 'unique'. I don't see individuals as 'problems', I see bigger systems that are complicated, usually socially constructed, and primed for re-examination as we discuss how old stories might not be serving your current relationship(s) or family.
I prioritize social, cultural, and historical awareness and understanding of trauma, and how it worsens with social inequality, generational trauma, marginalization, and disadvantages, both within the United States and around the world. Taking the time to explore your roots, where, and how you were raised can help you understand the messages you received about what and who you should be. This kind of information can bring ease to the pain and pressure of perfectionism and getting it right.
Everyone experiences painful events and relationship breakdowns in their lives. Sometimes those experiences are difficult to navigate on your own. We offer a supportive therapeutic relationship to help you work through difficulties and avoid unnecessary suffering. We are equipped to help you progress from suffering to empowerment! We want you to leave therapy with a great deal of pride in your ability to overcome obstacles and restore your emotional and relationship health!
Clients often choose to work with me because they struggle with anxiety, unresolved trauma, self-worth, shame, imposter syndrome, people pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, attachment / inner child wounds, and are ready to go deeper because they want MORE out of life. Clients who enjoy working with me want to transcend the limitations of talk therapy, and resonate with a holistic approach that supports deep healing and integration on all levels - body, heart, mind, soul & spirit.

I'm here to offer a sanctuary—a place where your feelings are validated, your experiences honored, and your identity respected. Ready for a change? Reach out. I love working with clients of all ages! The children I work with tend to struggle with emotion regulation. This can present as tantrums, aggression, depression, anxiety, and negative self-talk. The teenage clients I work with often present with low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and self-harm. Adult clients in my practice have experienced childhood trauma. They are aware of the impact this has on their current life and are willing to connect with their wounded child parts.
I help sensitive and empathic people heal emotional roadblocks so they can finally trust themselves, understand their purpose and find greater emotional and spiritual freedom. We work together to help you overcome anxiety, depression and trauma so you can let go of old beliefs, clear doubts and reclaim your best self.
I work with adults and adolescents on anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, identity, and career transitions. Whether we’re focusing on cultivating a sense of contentment and resilience or healing emotional wounds and letting go of limiting thoughts and patterns, my goal is to help you become your most authentic, healthy self. I’m a great fit for clients who want to better understand their emotions, grow in areas where they feel stuck, or reexamine how they engage in relationships.
