I know having a teenager can be challenging to say the least, especially in todays electronic culture. They often battle with depression, anxiety, and self-harm and don't exactly embrace the thought of going to therapy. That is where I can help. I enjoy getting to know young adults and helping them learn coping strategies and tools they can utilize in their youth and in adulthood.
