Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, & lost? Is your day filled with racing thoughts about a million different things? Do you put a lot of pressure on yourself to succeed but feel like you always come up short? You might not feel like yourself & find it exhausting going through the daily responsibilities of life. Are these feelings interfering with your career, schooling, family, relationships, & social life? You want to make changes and feel better, but you don't know where to start.
While I provide therapy to people from all walks of life, the goals I collaborate in developing with clients are mainly focused on: LGBTQ+ and their families, gender identity following the WPATH Standards of Care, grief and loss, relationship issues, sexuality, trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, addictions, HIV/AIDS, and spirituality. I work with adults, teens, couples, and families, including monogamous and polyamorous relationships, and alternative sexualities.
When you decided to explore non-monogamy, you never realized you had a jealousy monster inside. You're fed up with feeling not good enough in your relationship or tired of jealousy ruining date nights. You can't even remember when things didn’t feel this way. One thing is for sure: you’re ready for some relief. You’re ready to put an end to doubting your relationship and get a good night’s sleep. You’re ready to feel confident in yourself. You’re ready to embrace love and conquer jealousy!
Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.
My clients come from all races, sexual and faith orientations, occupations and genders. Our work together may include relationship issues, infidelity and affairs, anxiety, stress, depression, sex therapy, out of control sexual behavior and more. My approach to therapy is authentic, relational, and trust based.

Welcome to nontraditional couples and individual therapy that deals with whatever issues you have, not what someone else’s definition of what a relationship or person should look like. Everyone should feel heard and seen. Whether you want to openly explore new areas of your relationship, have common communication issues that exist in many relationships, or want one on one therapy, often a nonjudgment third party is needed. No subject is taboo. If it is on your mind, you should talk about it!
I work with youth and adults. I am an LGBTQ-affirming therapist that support individuals of all genders and sexual orientations to feel more connected to themselves, partners, friends & community. I provide a open space to talk about issues related to gender identity and sexuality. Counseling for children and teens is a strength & passion of mine. I have found success connecting with youth in these cases to help them reach their personal goals while also helping the family unit heal.
I sincerely believe that everyone’s spirituality, race, culture, gender, and sexual orientation must be valued because all remain as vital components that compose who we are. I am dedicated to helping members of the LGBTQ community who struggle with depression, anxiety, coming out, life transitions, HIV diagnosis, relationships, and social factors. I have also dedicated my life to helping those who suffer from addiction issues, including alcohol, drugs, sex, and gambling.
My clients will benefit from my expertise and guidance to behave in their best interest My Clients will receive effective treatment interventions to heal trauma, experience emotional wellbeing, sobriety, increase social skills in autism, anger and stress regulation and a successful life I simplify how to transcend personal concerns or complex trauma from being an obstacle to integration and fulfillment
