I also work especially well with clients who have childhood and family relationship trauma, relationship issues, and adult children of immature/unwell/addicted parents. I work with clients 18-65, I have loved practicing therapy with adults from many different walks of life. Ideally, clients I work with are interested in learning, skills-based therapy and intensive therapy

My clients range from 3 - 65+ and come from all walks of life with varying difficulties that arise from the human condition. It is my goal to work alongside you to help you navigate life's struggles and develop the skills you need.

I don't really have a particular population I focus on. I want to work with everybody! That said, I have a great deal of experience with adults with persistent and severe mental illness, adolescents with oppositional and defiant behavior, and clients seeking help from their local psychiatrist. I start every session with "Tell me what's going on with you. What can I do to help?" Then we go from there. I end every session with "Was that helpful?" I haven't heard "No" yet.
