Most of my clients are working to improve their relationships with communication, ADHD, anxiety disorders, self-esteem, conflict, or some kind of life transition they are experiencing. I am open to exploring how I can serve clients with other struggles as well and have experience in many other areas. I see couples and individuals ages 14+. I connect especially well with young adults but have successfully treated people in their 70s. I love working with people who are ready to explore growth.

I have been working with trauma for many years using EMDR, and have found that trauma often impacts survivors in lasting ways including addiction, trouble with intimate relationships, and sexuality. I have worked with addictions my entire career and have become more proficient in my ability to treat sexual issues as well as sexual compulsions and addictions. For sex therapy clients, I welcome both individuals and couples for sessions.
Even the "little" things feel overwhelming. Balancing work, relationships, and that inner voice that says you're not good enough is a constant struggle. Dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or relationship distress can make you feel like you're losing control. Despite looking like you've got your shit together, you're plagued with self-doubt, irritability, and a sense of hopelessness, and it's hard to make lasting changes. To put it plainly, life feels exhausting.
