I provide affirming therapy for all people. I value using empathy and humor to promote a safe space for clients to show up as their authentic self. Whether you're experiencing challenges from life transitions, overwhelming anxiety, burnout, or wanting to heal from past trauma, I am here to support and walk along side you.
Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.

Are you searching for a therapist who gets and affirms the effects of family dysfunction? Who embraces the powers of queerness, neurodivergence, &/or having a creative mind? My therapy practice aligns with my personal values of anti-capitalism, social justice, & living “unconventionally.” I support clients with a holistic perspective so that they may find the relief they need with family conflicts, relationship issues, addiction, life transitions, & connection to self.
I love working with individual clients and couples on a wide variety of issues, but I always use an attachment and relational framework. My work with you will be tailored to your specific goals, and will become more custom to you as I begin to learn more about you and your patterns.
I enjoy working with people on identifying the strengths that already lie within you. My goal is never to change anyone, but to empower you to live your most authentic life. I especially enjoy helping clients recovering from toxic relationships, church/religious trauma, or the pressure to suppress their authentic identity. I believe everything you need to grow is already within you. This is the process of helping you find you.
