I've worked with a wide range of clients. My niche is currently working with individuals struggling with addiction, both behavioral and substance use. Individuals struggling with anxiety/low self esteem and depression. I'm also trained in EMDR and work with individuals looking to address single incident Trauma or more complex symptoms.

Despite this success and progress, they often still feel that something is out of alignment. Clients in my practice have a history of developmental trauma. I utilize DBT to help clients gain skills to build a life worth living. Once they have skills, clients move on to process trauma through psychotherapy. I tailor my practice to meet the specific needs of clients and teach strategies to meet goals. I enjoy supporting clients in pinpointing the causes of issues and work together to remove negative behaviors and thought patterns.
