I'm passionate about women's health and caregiver wellness. Clients come to therapy often feeling lost, confused and stuck. Many people want to process work stress, worries, sleep issues, loneliness, health challenges, grief and loss, parent/child dynamics, relationships, guilt and shame, career and life transitions. My work emphasizes mind/body awareness to facilitate healing. I've worked with clients who are completely new to therapy and those who have tried therapy before.

Along with my experience working with diverse populations, I bring my compassionate and tailored approach to provide the support and guidance needed to navigate life's complex stressors and help you find your path to healing and growth.
I connect best with clients who feel overwhelmed by anxiety or people-pleasing, and who aren’t sure how to set healthy boundaries. Whether you're navigating life changes or managing anxiety, time management and/or OCD, I’m here to help you explore holistic healing of the mind, body, and soul. Together, we’ll nurture self-compassion, rebuild self-esteem, and move toward empowerment, peace, balance, and lasting change.
Are you navigating a significant transition in your life and feeling stuck? Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed or lost, seeking guidance through life's twists and turns. I work with clients facing life transitions, LGBTQIA+ issues, anxiety, and depression. While I support people throughout the lifespan, I’m particularly passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ adolescents and emerging adults, as well as older adults, helping them manage unique challenges and find fulfillment at any stage of life.
Perfectionism, people-pleasing, masking, and over-thinking can hold you back from feeling your best. I believe that genuine compassion for oneself is the foundation of an empowered life. I work with clients who struggle with these areas. Most have a complicated past, neurodivergence, or anxiety that is holding them back. Together we can work through these obstacles so you can learn skills to help you genuinely enjoy life, feel proud of yourself, and bring yourself more fully into this world.

I combine evidence-based methods with a warm welcoming environment. What can you expect out of therapy? 1) Reducing symptoms: We’ll work together so you feel better as soon as possible. 2) Figuring out the root of your challenges: We’ll explore what caused you to feel this way in the first place. 3) Building your confidence going forward: You will learn and practice new skills that will help you feel confident overcoming future challenges.
If you are feeling stressed, anxious or depressed, struggling with disordered eating, self esteem, relationships or career, we can work together to bring about concrete, lasting change. My goal is to help you to make mindful choices, and to have a happier, more empowered and satisfying life.
Do you feel anxious, sad, lonely, or isolated? Do you struggle with pain connected to racism, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, or one of the many ways we can be made to feel less than or not ourselves? As we build a relationship together, your thoughts, feelings, experiences, fears, and fantasies will be heard and treated with respect, curiosity, and care.

If you're feeling stuck, I am here to help you regain that momentum in your therapeutic journey. Exploring attachment messaging, past traumas, and internalized core beliefs, I am able to help you find clarity and integrate the tools to create lasting change.
Do you get overwhelmed by your emotions or feel numb? Do you get caught in a negative spiral of shame and worthlessness? Maybe you find that you feel irritable much of the time or have trouble concentrating. I know that these challenges and others are painful and get in the way of leading a fulfilling life. I don’t want you to suffer from them anymore. The skills I have learned and the understanding I bring to my work will help you be self-compassionate and enjoy your life.
Are you afraid that your proclivities towards kink or polyamory/ethical non-monogamy are due to trauma? I would almost certainly disagree. Are you afraid that if you see a therapist for your trauma they'll attribute your kinkiness or poly-ness to that trauma? I won't. Ever. Imagine a life without anxiety, inexplicable anger, deep sadness, or panic attacks. You're feeling like there must be a better way to live; I can help you find it.
My specialties include motivational interviewing, mindfulness, sleep hygiene, cultural humility, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and consensual non-monogamy/sex-positive awareness. I am also a National Coalition for Sexual Freedom Kink Aware Professional. *** My availability is currently limited, but you are encouraged to contact me to discuss scheduling an intake and/or waitlist placement. ***
