So many clients come to therapy with negative self-talk – listening to the negative voice in their head. Many of my clients come to therapy being in a "contemplation" stage of change, meaning they have been thinking about it for while, knowing that they desire or need things to be different in life without knowing how or where to start. A good, trusting therapeutic relationship is a great place to start. Therapy is a space to explore, process and feel validated.
