I have been treating trauma and PTSD symptoms since 2013. I have training in Prolonged Exposure and EMDR evidence based therapy for treatment of PTSD. I am certified as a Prolonged Exposure therapist since 2014. These evidence based approaches can significantly lower PTSD symptoms within three to six months timeframe.
