My clients are curious about themselves and the world, take an active part in therapy, and want to make positive changes. They are open to learning new things, even if that might sometimes be challenging. Often, they are connected to marginalized communities whose mental health is impacted by societal factors. Those looking to address depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, grief, self-esteem, stress, and/or gender identity would be a good fit. I work with youth and adults ages 12+.
Clients come to me because they feel ready for something to change, but they're unsure of how to take the next step. Together, we reflect on what's been holding them back, and consider what it might take to get to a healthier place. I work primarily with couples and families to improve communication patterns and strengthen relationships. Using an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens, we explore the roots of why we do what we do and consider new ways of moving forward through life.
As your therapist, I will sit with you to process these challenges and explore with you on ways to overcome these barriers so that you can walk towards the path you see yourself on. My goal is to provide a space where you are able to feel comfortable and safe where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I work collaboratively with clients to address a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and personal growth. I look forward to joining you on this path.

At Resilience Lab my clients are people navigating life transitions, learning to love their bodies, or questioning their gender identity and/or sexual orientation. Our time together might look like healing trauma, reconnecting with family, or using mindfulness exercises to create more bodily awareness. Through this process, I spend time with clients to discover the values and pieces of their identity making them who they are.

My ideal clients are those seeking clarity and support as they navigate life’s challenges. They are eager to learn practical skills and understand how to apply them outside of therapy, as well as gain deeper insight into their behaviors and the mind-body connection. These clients value both empathy and honesty, appreciating a space where they can receive genuine support paired with transparent, constructive feedback.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, childhood trauma, adoption-related challenges, agoraphobia, social anxiety, and recovery. I also support those who identify as “outsiders” or creatives, who seek to be heard, respected, and guided in processing trauma, changing patterns, and making meaningful decisions. My goal is to help clients live a more thriving, fulfilling life.
I have worked with individuals with a wide range of ages - from adolescents to older adults, individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals involved in school and/or high stress jobs, and survivors of childhood, relationship, and experienced trauma - just to name a few! I firmly believe that therapy should be a comfortable and safe space, so I tailor my approach to what works and feels right for my client.
