I see people who are struggling with chronic illness and the hard feelings that come along with it. My clients are motivated and curious, and know that everyone needs a little extra help sometimes. Typically, the people who seek me out have been in therapy before, and have hit a wall and feel like “just talking” isn’t helping anymore. They are open to trying new activities, and are surprised by how helpful it is to combine talking with experiential activities like mindfulness and breathwork.
