My office is a space for deep reflection, necessary tantrums, catharsis, nurturing, poetry, and imagination. I work with earnest human beings around human problems: anxiety, shame, heartache, rage, gender, the want to escape the terrible traps of trauma and toxic culture and old survival patterns, the search for authenticity and meaning, the desire for love and pleasure and sex.

I have experience working with folks in recovery, people living with HIV, on the spectrum, folks struggling with ADHD, Anxiety disorders, Bipolar disorders, Depressive disorders, and Schizophrenia to name a few. I have worked in acute psychiatric wards, detoxes, outpatient clinics, a harm reduction center and a needle exchange, Queer focused agencies, and private practice. I have been a group facilitator, couple’s therapist, but have mostly done individual therapy.
My clients and I work together to navigate through mental health challenges and transitions in life. I specialize in working with people with gender dysphoria and those in the process of transition. Furthermore, I help my clients navigate issues related to racial identity and minority experiences. I work with various relationship types and forms, non-monogamy included.
It takes a lot of courage to seek help, and I am glad that you are here. I can only imagine the mix of possible emotions that you are feeling; fearful, curious, conflicted, skeptical, hopeful... and the list goes on. I would like to invite you to explore these thoughts and feelings with me and together we will explore the available treatment options and formulate a treatment plan that is geared towards you being able to live a fulfilling life while feeling your best.
I've worked with people from many walks of life. I have worked with and welcome artists, creative thinkers, those on the autism spectrum, LGBTQIA+ folks, as well as those who practice consensual non-monogamy. I enjoy working with those who struggle to live as their authentic selves, helping to find the path to living your truth. Without authenticity, we can struggle fitting into boxes and shapes that just don't fit. Can I help you be more you?
My clients tend to be older teenagers (15-17), college students/young adults (18-24), and adults (25-40). Many of my clients are talking about LGBTQ+ identities and topics, transition, life changes, anxiety, ADHD, autism, trauma, family, relationships, and sex/sexuality. I currently operate as a teletherapy only practice. My clients find that teletherapy appointments fit their schedules and allow them to attend therapy in the comfort of their own space.

Reaching out for help can be the hardest but most important first step to break that isolation. Let's take that first step today.
While the majority of my clients are adolescents and young adults, I also sometimes work with young children and older adults. I specialize in working with people who are experiencing challenges related to identity, relationships, trauma, and transitions. Many of my clients identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community, and I offer affirming treatment to trans and gender diverse individuals. I work with individuals, groups, families, and partners.

I would be a great fit for clients looking to address anxiety, trauma and body image concerns. Clients who may find themselves repeating painful patterns in their life and would like assistance working through this to live the life they want to live. I also enjoy working with young professionals dealing with imposter syndrome, folks looking to navigate the dating world and/or improve their personal relationships. Lastly, clients looking to improve their self esteem to feel their best.
I work with adult clients ages 18-65, and I am accepting new patients. Please call my office at 413-341-5081 to speak with my assistant, or visit my website to learn more about my practice. I support adults struggling with change by offering a safe space for you to process anxiety, grief and trauma. I have extensive experience with clients moving through loss. I offer talk therapy and I'm a Certified EMDR therapist . I use Flash Technique and incorporate easy and gentle mindfulness techniques that support as you integrate upsetting and traumatic events. The result can be an increase in emotional space, that allows you to move through life and its challenges with more ease and joy.
You’re not in a crisis. (Although sometimes it feels like you are.) There’s a nagging sense of feeling unsettled. A worry that if you don’t get it right, disaster will strike. Am I asking too much? Taking up too much space? These are questions that feel as familiar as breathing. (And yet logically none of it adds up.)
It's a stressful, confusing, scary world out there. Do you respond to it by trying to be "perfect" or stay five steps ahead of life? Do you get caught in worry spirals trying to game out everything that could go wrong, or stuck in self-critical thoughts whenever anything goes wrong? Or perhaps you get paralyzed with anxiety, unable to take any action. That persistent feeling of "not good enough" can lead to depression, anxiety, or generally feeling like the life has been sucked out of you.
