Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.
Is trauma holding you back from living your best life? Does your partner feel more like a room mate? I have helped numerous adults both individually and in couples counseling to become the best version of themselves, whether it's by learning how to cope with anxiety and depression, healing from past trauma, or learning how to communicate with their spouse/partner better. I have also helped many adults increase their sense of self-worth and self-esteem to help them live the lives.

If these are the types of topics you think about, then we would work well together. With everything you are going through, you do not have to do it alone. Your story is one that deserves to be heard. Together we will find your voice and amplify it to advocate for your needs. *Clinical Supervision currently only offered for WA
The one thing my clients have in common is kink. This is not to say that kink is what brings them to therapy! My clients come to me for the same reasons anyone enters therapy: anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, sexual concerns- because they know that I will never judge their BDSM dynamics or fetish interests as we do that work. A few come to me because they feel sexual shame or embarrassment around their fetish interests. I am here for anyone who needs an affirming space to be themselves
