I have experience working with adolescents experiencing struggles with self-identity and sexuality, anxiety, depression, grief, and at times substance abuse.

I work with clients who are exploring gender identify, or who are transgender, non binary, genderqueer, and members of the LGTBIA2S+ community. I also work with recovery from trauma. My work is sex positive and weight neutral.
Are you a nurturer who feels discouraged to the point of despair about the state of the world and the future? I can help. I work with women and helping professionals (teachers, medical providers, therapists, and faith leaders) on burnout prevention and recovery and on resilience building. Working with people as a nurturer or helper is particularly demanding, and our own trauma shows up in this work daily. Our own healing is an essential part of our capacity to do this work long-term.
Maybe you are the parent of a teen or young adult who is struggling with anxiety or depression. Maybe they are going through a big transition in life and need support. You see them trying to face these challenges but don't know the best way to move forward. I can help. Or, perhaps you are facing the world of infertility/fertility treatments and need a space to process the thoughts and feelings that come with that. It can be a very lonely experience that few understand. I see clients in Ok and TX
Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.
Are you looking for something different to happen in your life? Maybe you are hoping to release something you have held onto, work through something you have been avoiding, or get out of a situation that has you feeling trapped. You have made efforts toward finding solutions, making changes, and you've done your best, yet something (or many things) have left you feeling dissatisfied, defeated, confused, and lonely. Despite what you feel, you aren't alone. Therapy can help.
I have experience working with a wide variety of clients. I have extensive experience helping clients through trauma whether that be single episode are highly complex trauma from childhood and adulthood, grief, depression, and anxiety. I have largely worked with Queer/LGBTQ+ populations including trans and gender diverse folx. I am also poly/ethical non-monogamy, sex positive/kink, and cannabis friendly and affirming.
Our tribes are so important but sometimes those tribes aren’t affirming or safe. My ideal client is one who is looking for a safe space to explore some heavy challenges. Together we will work through the challenges to find healing and acceptance. We hold the power inside us to live authentically and be celebrated not feared. I love empowering BIPOC and queer Folx at any stage of their life. This is a shame free, affirming space, to be celebrate and elevated for your authenticity.
My initial years as a therapist were spent in group homes and teen recovery centers. This is where I found my passion for teens, and where I guided and educated parents on ways to shift boundaries and expectations with their kids. I now find that my main passion is helping humans feel comfortable in their own skin. Areas I have a depth of knowledge and experience in are depression, anxiety, disordered eating, body image issues, self-identity, the lgbtq+ community, and autism.
Feeling overwhelmed and TIRED every day. Coping skills range from working out to having a glass of wine. Disappointments are everywhere. Day to day activities are exhausting, or at least the way you are doing them makes it feel that way. Between job responsibilities and home/family responsibilities it all seems to be too much. No one seems to listen and accept you as you are.
