My passion is to support people as they work towards and achieve their goals and live life to their greatest potential, but sometimes we all just need support along the journey. I work with adolescents and adults struggling with a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship and communication issues, low self-esteem, and support people through life transitions and adjustment difficulties. I also provide premarital counseling for couples.

My practice (Lycan Counseling Collective) is comprised of many providers that have immediate openings for online work. In general, we focus on provide safe, affirming care to youth and young adults who identify as LGBTQIA2+ and/or neurospicy/ND and who are experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. We work with individuals, families, and partners to provide safe space for growth. We also provide gender care assessments and referral letters in a 1x appointment.
