My clients are individuals, couples, and teens. Family relationships are our greatest joy, and yet... when things aren't working well, can be a near-constant source of frustration, disconnection, and stress. I help improve communication and problem-solving skills so you can work WITH the people in your family, not against them. My clients include moms and dads who are juggling work, home, marriage, friends, kids, and trying to retain (or regain) a sense of self.

We love the work we do and are excited to learn about you and the shifts you are hoping to make! Our practice was created to provide a quality space for individuals to connect with a counselor surrounding self-care, healing, change, & to find ways to access more joy. We want you, as our clients, to feel that in this space you are welcomed with positive, energetic, non-judgmental practitioners that are trained to help you access your core, grounded, & healthy self.
My clients come from a wide variety of backgrounds. I have experience working with different communities and subcultures that can be marginalized. I provide a non-judgmental empathetic space to support discussing challenging and often taboo subjects, allowing individuals to address the difficult, challenging or traumatic parts of their experiences in the world.
I enjoy working with a variety of clients, from adolescents to adults. I frequently work with individuals in professional caregiving fields (such as educators, medical professionals and fellow mental health professionals) and enjoy providing support for those who support others.
