Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.
Sometimes it feels like there are so many things all happening at once, some even out of our control. It's easy to get overwhelmed or feel broken down by today's world. I believe that the correct therapeutic space can provide a reprieve from these daunting feelings. A space where you are in control, have the ability to make meaningful changes, and just take a fresh breath. I look forward to sitting in that space with you, collaborating on ways to achieve your goals.

I work with clients from all walks of life. I enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ community, couples, and people who are experiencing some kind of major transition in their lives. I believe in the power of radical acceptance, and often look to that in the work that I do with my clients. I also really enjoy working with people who have been afraid of therapy. I want to make you feel comfortable and safe so that you can feel better and more empowered.
It can be hard to cope sometimes in this ever-changing world... Do you want more out of life? Do you want more than what a life coach or an accountability coach has to offer such as therapy with a licensed therapist with actual behavior management training and over 20 years experience? Your treatment should NOT feel like a fast-food drive thru. I work with adults, adolescents, children, and families to manage their mental health symptoms and/or disability needs.
