My clients are typically women who are feeling exhausted, frustrated, isolated, and anxious due to the adjustment to motherhood. They are struggling to feel like themselves again, figuring out how to manage day to day with a new tiny human, navigating shifting dynamics in their relationships (with their romantic partner, family, friends, coworkers, etc.), and finding even the smallest decisions overwhelming. My heart is racing again, and I can not catch my breath. I am just sitting down at work. I went to the doctor, and he said I was okay.
