Past Life Regression

Past life regression is a therapeutic technique that uses hypnosis to recover memories of past lives. Past life regression therapy is founded on the belief that we all carry pieces of our past lives with us into our current one. The pieces may be emotional, psychic or physical.  Accessing memories from your past lives and talking through them can help you to understand and address issues in your current life. A past life regression session will typically involve answering a series of questions while hypnotized to reveal identity and events of past lives. Think this approach might be right for you? Meet the specialists

I am trained as a Past Life Regression Specialist in the LaBay Method. Many times we can learn lessons and gain insight and wisdom from past life experiences that can be very helpful in this lifetime.

— Jodie Solberg, Hypnotherapist in Lynnwood, WA

I use past life regression for clients looking to tackle a specific problem or who are just interested in finding out who they were in a previous lifetime. This method is also used for some clients to see current events in their life are tied to problems in a previous lifetime. Past Life Regression is available to children, teens, and adults both in-person and through telehealth.

— Travis Farrar, Psychotherapist in Bennington, VT

In 2019 I began using hypnosis to help anxious clients relax. Over time, sessions took on a distinctly linear narrative, but the content was staged in the past. The proverbial cobblestone streets & thatched roofs. I was intrigued by both the content & cathartic experiences clients were having, so I sought out courses & obtained a certification in Dolores Cannons' method of past life regression (she performed PLR for nearly 40 years). Regardless of belief, the sessions are always intense.

— Robert Keehn, Psychotherapist in Hartland, WI

This has assisted so many of my clients to resolve phobias, relationship cycles, emotional triggers and behavioral patterns which they could not target being a result of this current time period.

— Michelle Iankowitz, Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Portland, OR

I am a Certified Regression Therapist and have a few options for people who may be interested in exploring the idea of multi dimensionality and the Akashic Records.

— Karen Oberhill, Licensed Professional Counselor in KALAMAZOO, MI

In addition to past life regression working to heal traumas impacting this current life, soul retrieval and spirit releasement therapy may also be incorporated. Current life regression for trauma work (including birth trauma) & interlife regression exploring current life agreements & soul purpose are also available.

— Lindsay Voyles, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Past life regression is a technique that make use of hypnosis with the aims to recover memories of past lives or incarnation. According to past life regression therapists, many mental health issues that patients experience may have their origins in traumatic experiences of past lives. Past life regression works on the root cause and it enables extremely deep change to take place at the very source of the problem.

— Kinjal Jain, Hypnotherapist in Mumbai, IN

Curious about how past life regression can help? Sometimes we carry forward into our other lives troubles from the past. Using past life regression we can ID these problems and release them to remain with the life they originated and learn from the experience.

— Allison Maspero, Licensed Professional Counselor Associate

I have had the delight of training with Dr. Brian Weiss. This work can be truly life changing and healing at a very profound level. I have had the honor of observing deep healing with my clients through this process. Not only can you feel great peace about the present, and understanding your own souls journey, I think this experience changes you on a cellular level to feel peaceful about the many states of being in life, and what we call death.

— MICHELLE SCHOENFELD, Licensed Clinical Social Worker in , MA
