The more I am in this field the more I realize that I am very passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community, which I also belong to. I particularly enjoy working with trans folx and helping them navigate the process of coming out or just the day to day stress of the society we currently live in. I love working with people who are new to therapy just as much as working with those who are familiar with it.

I believe everything happens for a reason and we all have a purpose and sometimes its hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Often times, we are stuck in old habits of thinking, feeling and communicating. As a therapist, my goal is to assist you through the change process while providing a non-judgmental, safe space for clients to explore their feelings, hopes and fears. Keeping therapy both interactive and collaborative we embark together on this journey.
Have you recently said to yourself "I don't want to do this anymore or feel this way anymore?" Whether it's having the same argument with your child or partner or struggling with the feelings of anxiety and depression that make daily life difficult, we will work together to get you to a life of greater confidence, balance, and satisfaction. I hope to support you in getting to a place where you aren't just surviving throughout the day but thriving throughout the day.
I work with adult individuals, couples, and adult groups (think: adult child and parent, adult siblings, friends, etc). I do not work with teens or children. My typical clients are interested in working through issues, invested in their growth, and are open to exploring deeper issues of life and what it means to be them. I am strongly relational in my work with clients, providing feedback, insight, and guidance in a nonjudgmental way.
I work with people from various communities, identities, and relational styles. My clients enter therapy with a desire to address individual, relational, or sexual concerns, and find the courage to create new lives and ways of being in the world. As there no 'one size fits all' in therapy, I work to create a therapeutic experience tailored to the specific needs, aspirations, and goals of the people I work with.

One of the most important aspects in therapy is for patients to feel heard, respected, and understood. I offer an active and collaborative therapeutic style that allows the opportunity for clients to learn, grow, explore, challenge and live the life they want to be living. Treatment is tailored to fit your needs and goals, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ERP, ICBT, ACT, Family Systems, and Strengths based.
I help clients experiencing trauma and PTSD, self esteem, anxiety, women's issues, grief & loss, and spirituality issues to heal deeply. I’m a millennial therapist with a modern approach. I will work with you, instead of nodding and "mhmm-ing" at you from across the screen. We can tie in spirituality (if that's your thing!) to connect to yourself more deeply.
My clients are Adolescents 13 and up and adults 18 and up, primarily with addictions including internet, substances, gambling. I also work with co-existing disorders such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I do Telehealth counseling in Massachusetts and New Mexico.

Clients come to work with me for many different reasons. In general, they are people who are ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. They may be dealing with stress, anxiety, or depression, and are looking for a safe and supportive space to explore their emotions and thoughts. They have a desire to better understand themselves, to develop greater self-awareness, and to create lasting change in their lives. They are motivated to work collaboratively.
I help individuals, couples, relationship partners, and adult family members build more confidence and trust in themselves and with others. Clients often begin treatment longing for more connection with themselves, and more effectiveness in their relationships. They may have experienced a chaotic upbringing or relationship traumas in the past, and are frustrated with their history continuing to impact their present. We work toward building increased freedom, meaning, and joy in their lives.
You need therapy that will teach you concrete skills to help improve your life right now, not aimless therapy that only makes you feel better for the day. My typical clients are professionals who have come to realize that negative thoughts are keeping them from achieving their full potential at work and/or in their personal lives. Many of my current clients had tried therapy prior to seeing me and did not find it helpful as they did not get concrete skills to deal with distress.
My clients would be Telehealth only at this time and for the foreseeable future. I work with adults primarily, both in individual and group settings. My specialties include addiction, anxiety, depression, codependency, family conflict, communication, grief and loss and forensic therapeutic work. I have extensive experience in working with personality disorders and sexual offending behaviors.
I provide individual therapy to adults. I employ next layer healing with many of my clients, who have already had success utilizing therapeutic techniques to target specific symptoms. Despite this success and progress, they often still feel that something is out of alignment. Using an integrative and holistic approach, I help clients work towards a deeper layer of healing that gets to the root of judgments and negative messages they have received through the human experience.

Have you had experiences that taught you to quiet your voice? Do you find yourself putting other people first and then feeling confused about what you feel or want? Do you find yourself wanting to speak out about something that is important to you but fears of upsetting others get in the way? As someone who has struggled with people-pleasing & trauma fawning, I can relate. I will support you in finding and using your voice to advocate for yourself and others so you can move in greater alignment.
Clients whom I’ve worked well with are often experiencing issues such as relationship problems, work stress/burnout, life transitions, low self-esteem, emotional abuse/neglect, childhood trauma/injuries, work/secondary trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-sabotaging behaviors. I've worked with creative people, such as writers and actors, to help bring their work to fruition. I also work with people in the medical/mental health/health fields, and those that work in high-tempo environments.
