I am passionate about working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I work with first responders, military personnel, and veterans. I am an LGBTQ+ ally and am a member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health.
I specialize in a variety of approaches to therapy including CBT, DBT, and Trauma Focused Therapy. I am a proud LGBTQIA+ community ally as well. My passion is to create an emotionally safe environment for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or life stressors/transitions.

I work with adults (18+) in individual therapy to address self-defeating patterns, which can include: -anxiety -depression -addiction -codependency -difficulty setting boundaries -difficulty practicing self-care -toxic relationships -feeling disconnected from themselves and others I supervise Counselor Trainees, LPCs, and MFTs using a process-oriented approach. I am passionate about supporting supervisees in managing countertransference and burnout.
