About My Clients

My clients have a wide range of experiences. I work with adults (18+) in individual therapy to address self-defeating patterns, which can include: -anxiety -depression -addiction -codependency -difficulty setting boundaries -difficulty engaging in self-care -toxic relationships -feeling disconnected from themselves and others I supervise Counselor Trainees and LPCs, using a process-oriented approach. I am passionate about supporting supervisees in managing countertransference and burnout.

My Background and Approach

Using NARM therapy, we can explore what you want for yourself and what gets in the way of reaching your goals (this does not mean you have to have the answers or figure it out). While there are no guarantees in therapy, NARM can help to resolve what drives the self-defeating patterns that get in the way of feeling a sense of aliveness, freedom, and peace. As human beings, we can feel stuck in old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve us, but we have the power to change these (whether we realize it, or not). NARM therapy was specifically designed for the treatment of attachment, relational, developmental, intergenerational trauma, and C-PTSD, and uses both cognitive-focused (mind) and somatic-focused (body) techniques.
