My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My own growth through personal life struggles is what helps me relate so deeply with clients I help those who are grieving because grief and loss play a big role in all of our life struggles. I have lost and grieved many people, places and pets in my life. From my early experiences with abuse, war, and immigration to losing those that mattered most to me. Therapy was where the light in the darkness emerged, it was what allowed for abundance and joy to enter my life for the first time. My life experiences are what lead me to become the Therapist I am today. Helping People Is A Gift To Others, But Also Myself Being a Therapist is an honor. I love guiding people towards figuring stuff out and watching them transform their lives. The most rewarding thing about being a therapist is giving hope when people feel hopeless. I am committed to guiding you to where things feel manageable again
