About My Clients
I serve youth, young adults and couples using nature based healing, yoga, breathwork and mindfulness skills. I have worked successfully with populations who suffer from addictions, anxiety and depression.
My Background and Approach
I have been a yoga teacher since 2000 and approach clients with sensitivity, compassion and intuition. I assist clients in calming their nervous system, finding solutions to their issues through deep listening, movement, nature connection, journaling and intention/ goal setting. I also lead group therapy and wellness retreats. Gain support in your personal transformation toward positive, growth mindset and sustainable healing through building resiliency plus all encompassing strength and access to inner power.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am deeply committed to helping alleviate human suffering. I embody inclusivity, acceptance and body positivity. I love animals and nature. I trust the power of going inward to find solutions through intuition and the power of going outward to connect and heal our consciousness and cultivate compassion.
