I am dedicated to helping children and adults navigate their emotional challenges and build resilience. I am particularly focused on working with children and adolescents facing anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns such as stress management, trauma and emotional regulation difficulties.
Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.

I help clients improve relationship and communication skills, understand emotions, become more emotionally available, and learn to manage daily stress better. I also specialize in adult ADHD and help clients understand their ADHD and improve common problems like procrastination, disorganization, poor time management and task management. I can help you learn to improve your ability to manage and regulate emotions, attention, and impulses.
You feel misunderstood or dismissed by dominant culture. People make incorrect assumptions about you all the time. You deserve so much better than that. Please don't give up hope. You don't have to go through this alone. The people I meet with are often their own unique blend of being Neurodivergent, Autistic, Trans, Gender expansive, Queer, Black, Native, or persons of culture, who have experienced trauma and anxiety due to being marginalized, abused, or assaulted.
Is your life playing on loop and you're ready to break the patterns? Are you finding yourself feeling frustrated and unprepared to make the changes you want? How can you heal and move past the old stuff so you can truly feel better? How do you figure out who you are and what you actually want...and how to make change actually happen? I work with individuals ages 16+ and couples who are ready for exploration, healing and change.
