Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a brain disorder that is typically characterized by a lack of impulse control, an inability to focus and pay attention, and hyperactivity. ADHD most commonly emerges in children and teens and can continue into adulthood. In fact, ADHD is the most common mental health disorder diagnosed in young people and sufferers often have trouble paying attention in school. ADHD must be diagnosed by a qualified clinician. In addition to medical interventions, seeing a mental health practitioner who specializes in the treatment of ADHD can help patients and their families better cope with many of the symptoms. Life's challenges can feel overwhelming, but they don't have to dictate your future. I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, survivors of trauma, and those grappling with depression, anxiety, and personal identity. Perhaps you're also ready to embrace a more authentic life and are seeking support as you embark on this transformative journey. Depth therapy can provide profound insights into yourself, creating harmony between your inner world and the life you lead.
Working with me includes a 15-minute consultation, a comprehensive and holistic psychiatric evaluation, 60-minute psychotherapy and medication sessions, and the opportunity for KAP treatments if appropriate and desired. I tend to work with emergent adults, artists, individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, marital issues, LGBTQIA+, and folx looking for spiritual growth, but all are welcome.

Many women struggle with anxiety or building healthy relationships because we’re socialized to people please, be polite at all costs, and say yes when we mean no. Most of us were never taught to set healthy boundaries, stand up for ourselves, or express our needs, which can lead to feeling disrespected, taken advantage of, and undervalued. At Resilience Lab my work is centered around empowering women to tune into their inner wisdom and speak up so they can move through life with confidence.

Relationships form the foundations of our lives. The problem is we often take them for granted and the foundation starts to crack. Or maybe we're trying our best yet we keep pushing others away because we haven't healed ourselves yet. We get comfortable with what is and step back from what it takes to keep our bonds strong and thriving. I can help you if you find yourself asking: What if they don't really care about me? What if I can never make them happy? What if I'm not enough?
