Janay’s previous work involved facilitating group therapy on various populations, including those with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, substance abuse disorders, trauma, etc. She specialized in providing CBT, DBT, stress management, self-esteem improvement, and a wide range of groups to meet the needs of her patients.
