About My Clients
I work with clients who are looking to increase their self-understanding and are interested in exploring patterns in their lives that are no longer serving them. As a woman who became a mother later in life, I understand the pull many people feel to become parents and how the process can drastically change one’s life. I work with both adults and children to provide guidance on creating healthy boundaries and relationships, as well as navigating the challenges we face in life.
My Background and Approach
Life is a constant cycle of growing, changing, and evolving into different versions of ourselves. As we grow, our perspectives widen and we are able to reflect on how certain behaviors and choices are affecting our ability to reach our goals. I walk my clients through this learning process and give them the tools and strategies they need to conquer the challenges they are facing in life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that throughout our lives, we are in constant states of growth and change which leads us to the need to learn how to change our behaviors based on the person we are working towards becoming. My goal is to help my clients determine the behaviors that work for them and lead them to living a more fulfilling and authentic life. I also value the role culture plays in our lives and try to find similarities between cultures so I can show my clients that we are all connected in different ways.
