I have 20 years of experience counseling and assisting others through various challenges. I am an LCPC- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland. I specialize in counseling clients with PTSD, Complex PTSD, abuse history, and other trauma. I offer EMDR ( eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and IFS ( internal family systems) counseling modalities as well as CBT, ACT, Gestalt, Biofeedback, and DBT.
