Clients come to me to overcome symptoms of depression and anxiety, manage stress, improve confidence and self-esteem, and move through grief and other major life changes. I have extensive experience with substance use disorder treatment, intimate partner violence and trauma recovery, sexual health and gender dysphoria/transitioning. I work closely with the LGBTQ+ and HIV communities.
